Welcome to Your Virtual Studio

You will see and hear me perfectly, but I will not see you.  You will be in the comfort of your home with no mask.  I cue and show modifications and we have a great community. Classes as of 12/4/20 are held LIVE in a private Facebook Group.  If you can not make the live classes, no worries, they are forever stored for you to be accessed anytime. They are organized by duration and/or format, and we do have some beginner classes stored for you as well. You can find all of them in the UNITS section of our group.
